Towson Men’s Lacrosse Announces Signing Class for 2025 Season

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's lacrosse team has signed several student-athletes from the high school class of 2024 to join the Tigers next season.
 
These signees will be freshmen for the 2025 campaign.  All signed national letters of intent for the signing period, which began on Nov. 8, 2023.
 
The current team is gearing up for the 2024 season.  In 2023, Towson earned five conference victories to notch a trip to the CAA Tournament, including a home win over then-top-15 Delaware on Senior Day.  The Tigers are set to return four 2023 All-CAA honorees, three 2023 CAA All-Rookie selections and five of their top six scorers from this past season.
 
Nicholas Chan – LSM – Raleigh, N.C./Boys' Latin (Md.)
Chan comes to Towson as a three-star recruit by Inside Lacrosse.  A two-sport standout at Boys' Latin, he competed with Team Mint in the 2023 Committed Combine.  Also playing ice hockey, he was the 2022-23 MIAA B Player of the Year, twice being an all-conference honoree.
 
Necco Cottage – Faceoff – Smithtown, N.Y./Smithtown West H.S.
From Long Island comes Cottage, a three-star faceoff specialist by Inside Lacrosse.  In 2022, he led Smithtown West High to the Suffolk B title game appearance and a top-20 Newsday ranking of Long Island teams.  He plays club with Taz Legacy.
 
Daniel Domeniconi – Goalkeeper – Ashburnham, Mass./Cushing Academy
Domeniconi is a four-star recruit and a top-12 player from the state of Massachusetts by Inside Lacrosse, becoming the first player from the state to suit up for Towson since Tyler Canto and Drew Laundry in 2020.  He was an All-NEPSAC Class B goalkeeper for Cushing Academy in 2023.
 
Andrew Goldt – Midfield – Glen Mills, Pa./Garnet Valley H.S.
From just outside Philadelphia comes Mills, who led Garnet Valley High to the 2023 PIAA state 3A quarterfinal round, finishing with 76 points, including 57 goals, that season.  He competed with Duke's Elite and also played in the Summer 2022 National Team Development Program Combine.
 
Hayden Goscinski – Defense – Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright H.S.
Goscinski takes the short trek from northeast Maryland to join the Tigers.  A three-sport standout at C. Milton Wright High in lacrosse, football and wrestling, he earned 2023 All-Aegis Second Team at defense with 116 ground balls.  Goscinski played in the Boys Nike Philly Showcase in 2022.
 
Rocky Grossman – Midfield – Boca Raton, Fla./Perkiomen School (Pa.)
Grossman, a Boca Raton native, joins Towson after competing in lacrosse and track at Perkioman School in Pennsylvania.  This past season, was a 2023 Mercury All-Area Honorable Mention midfielder.  In club lacrosse, he competes with Big 4 HHH.
 
Luke Hartman – Attack – Long Beach, N.Y./Long Beach H.S.
A two-sport standout at Long Beach High, Hartman comes to Towson after leading the lacrosse team to the 2023 Nassau Class B semifinal round at attack.  He recently played in the 2023 Prime Time Summer Invitational.  In football, he earned all-county honors as was named a top-100 Long Island player by Newsday.
 
Ryder John – Defense – Louisville, Ky./Saint Xavier H.S.
The #2 recruit from the state of Kentucky and three-star recruit by Inside Lacrosse, John comes to Towson after helping Saint Xavier High win its fifth straight state title in 2023, being named KSLL All-State Team at defense.  Also a member of the Saint Xavier swimming team, he competes with Resolute Lacrosse in club play.
 
Colin Mendicino – Attack – Huntersville, N.C./Charlotte Catholic H.S.
Mendicino signs with Towson as a three-star recruit and top-23 recruit from the state of North Carolina by Inside Lacrosse.  In 2023, the attack led Charlotte Catholic to the NCHSAA 4A championship game.  He plays in Charlotte in club play with Team 91.
 
Brody Morgan – Midfield – Stony Brook, N.Y./Ward Melville H.S.
From the east side of Long Island comes Morgan from Stony Brook.  He played midfield on a Ward Melville team which was ranked in the Northeast Region Top-10 by USA Lacrosse Magazine plus was named one of the top players in the LI Summer Showdown by Long Island Lacrosse Journal.
 
Mac Sullivan – Attack – Mahopac, N.Y./Somers H.S.
Sullivan is a two-sport standout at Somers High in New York.  In lacrosse, he was a member of the 2023 Lower Hudson Valley Elite 11 Watch List by Rockland/Westchester Journal News, while in football, he led Somers to a state title in 2022.
 
Nick Sweeney – Defense – Edgewater, Md./Gonzaga College (H.S.)/South River H.S.
Sweeney is a three-star recruit at defense by Inside Lacrosse, having played at each Gonzaga College (H.S.) and South River High.  He plays lacrosse and football and competed with each the Annapolis Hawks and Five Star Elite in club play.
 
Matt Wolfington – SSDM – Radnor, Pa./Radnor H.S./Trinity Pawling School
From suburban Philadelphia comes Wolfington, a 2023 New Balance All-American at SSDM who led Radnor High to a pair of state titles.  Also a soccer player in high school, Wolfington competes with NXT in club play.
