COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Towson University women's basketball team faced off against the Maryland Terrapins. The Tigers (7-2) fell to the Terrapins (8-3) 99-51 at the XFINITY Center. 

Patricia Anumgba led the Tigers with 15 points while Quinzia Fulmore had nine points.

• The Terrapins shot 57.6% from the field while the Tigers shot 25.8%. 
• Maryland won the rebounding battle 56-23.

• The Terrapins finished the second quarter on an 18-3 run to take a 46-15 lead into the locker room.
• The Tigers started the third quarter with a 9-2 run led by Quinzia Fulmore's seven points.
• The teams would trade baskets as Towson cut the deficit to 23 after an Anumgba jumper. 
• Maryland extended its lead after an 11-4 run midway through the third quarter.

• Mariah Wilson knocked down back-to-back threes, but Maryland closed out the fourth with a 19-3 run as the Tigers fell 99-51.
