First Rotation
The Tigers are closing out the regular season with two local stops, starting with a quad meet in the nation's capital. Towson joins University of Maryland and William & Mary for a Friday evening competition hosted by George Washington. These three opponents are very familiar faces for the Black & Gold as Towson has competed against each school at least once already this season.

Tigers in the Mountains
Towson took a trip to No.10 Denver this past Sunday for the final dual meet of the season.

The team fought hard, taking the lead after the first rotation after posting the fourth highest score in school history on bars. Steph Macasu and Grace Vaillancourt led the Black & Gold to receive a 49.325 on the event after posting a pair of 9.925s. This marks the 11th time Towson has posted above a 49.000 on the event.

The Tigers held on as much as they could throughout the next three rotations, but ultimately Denver came out on top with a 198.150. The Pioneers logged over 49.000 on all four events, including a program best 49.825 on floor.

Scouting the Colonials
Towson has become quite familiar with George Washington this season as this marks the third competition against each other.

After we last saw George Washington at SECU Arena on Feb 26, the Colonials traveled to No.6 LSU for a quad meet with No.7 California and No.23 Washington.  The team posted a program record 49.200 on bars, heavily supported by a pair of 9.925s from Deja Chambliss and Libby Garfoot. George Washington also received a score above 49.000 on vault, logging a 49.100.

Deja Chambliss was also named EAGL Gymnast of the Week for the second time this season on March 1 for her performances at the Tigers last home meet of the season, where she posted 9.900s on vault, beam and floor.

Scouting the Terrapins
It has been exactly one week since the Tigers last faced the No.21 Terps, since then Maryland has hosted a quad meet with New Hampshire, Brown and Penn. Using their home arena advantage, the Terps secured a dominant win after putting up a season-high 196.950. The team thrived on floor, posting a 49.525 which is the highest team score since 2004. Every gymnast in the event received a 9.850 or better including a 9.925 from freshman Madeline Komoroski.

Scouting the Tribe
Last the Tigers saw William & Mary was at the final home meet of the season in SECU Arena. The Tribe went on to post a season high 193.050 at a dual meet with Penn State on March 3, supported by season highs on vault (48.600) and beam (48.175). Sarah Wozinak logged the highest individual score on the team, earning a 9.800 on vault.
