TOWSON, Md. – The first game of the 2023 Towson University football team will be on national television as the Tigers kick off at Maryland on Sept. 2 on the Big Ten Network.
 
The Towson-Maryland game is set for 3:30 p.m. in College Park, Md.  It will be the first game for Towson with Pete Shinnick as head coach.
 
This will be the first time for Towson football on the Big Ten Network since 2017 when the Tigers also played at Maryland.
