TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University track & field team has released its 2024-2025 indoor schedule, announced by third year head coach Consandria Walker-Hall Tuesday afternoon.  

The Tigers start off the season with the Bison Season Opener, hosted by Bucknell on December 6. This is the first time the Black & Gold have competed in the meet since 2021. 

Towson will then be on Long Island, New York, the next day, December 7, to compete in the SJU Youree-Spence Garcia Meet hosted by St. John's University. 

Towson will then take a month-long hiatus before resuming the season on January 12 with the first of three trips to Virginia Beach, Virginia to participate in the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational. 

A week later, the Tigers stay in the state of Maryland and take a short trip to enter the Catholic Cardinal Classic hosted by Catholic University on January 18. 

On January 24-25, the Black & Gold return to the Empire State to compete in the Dr Sanders Invite Columbia Challenge at Columbia University in New York. 

To kick off February, Towson travels to George Mason to participate in the Patriot Games on February 1. 

The squad will split to cap off the regular season as some athletes will return to Virginia Beach for the NSU Indoor Pre-Nationals, hosted by Norfolk State University, on February 14-15. The same two days, the rest of the team will be at Liberty in Lynchburg, Virginia to enter the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite.  

Towson takes a third trip to Virginia Beach for the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports Center on February 26 and 27. The Tigers placed 4th overall last year and saw 4 All-CAA performances including 2 CAA champions and seven top five finishes in individual events.  

Those who qualify will make a fourth journey to Virginia Beach Sports Center on March 14 and 15 for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
