FAIRFAX, Va. – The Towson University men's and women's swimming and diving teams finished day two of the Patriot Invite with both teams in second place. The men currently have 1180.5 points and are only half a point behind first place Florida Atlantic. The women have 1079 points after two day's events.

How it Happened:
For the Women:

• The team of Martina Ciriesi, Tink Tompkins, Riley Willett, and Claire Ryland placed third in the in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:41.35.
• Ciriesi took bronze in the 100 Fly with a time of 55.58.
• Addie Scott (1:50.27) won the 200 Free, Ryland Zuniga (1:50.51) finished third.
• Zuniga, Scott, Summer Bontrager, and Bridget Thomas placed second in the 800 Free Relay with a time of 7:29.59.
• Shannon Parrau won the 3 Meter Dive with a score of 281.25.

For the Men:

• Hugo Haggard, Geoffrey Cradock, Benjamin Eischeid, and Daniel McLaughlin took second in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:28.02.
• David Walton (3:57.54) finished third in the 400 IM.
• Cradock (54.21) and Walton (54.82) took the top two spots in the 100 Breast.
• Sean Colson took gold in the 100 Back with a Towson record time of 47.59.
• Stephen McDonald, Colson, Anthony Mortellite, and Luke Schwar came in second in the 800 Free Relay with a meet record time of 6:36.36.
