TOWSON, Md. – Dr. Joel Danziger, dentist of Elite Dental of Towson, Baltimore Magazine 2023 Top Doctor and active community member, has extended his philanthropic efforts by donating Towson University men's basketball tickets for February 22^nd against Monmouth University, to the students and faculty at Dumbarton Middle School.

The tickets were presented as rewards during Dumbarton Middle School's "Roar Rally" to over 700 students for exceptional attendance this school year.  Dr. Danziger's contribution aims to enrich the lives of the students and foster community engagement through sports and entertainment.

Principal Amanda Shanks expressed her gratitude for Dr. Danziger's student reward, stating, "We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Danziger for his thoughtful donation. This [act] underscores the power of community collaboration and is a great example of the significant role Towson University, and the business community, play in nurturing our youth."

With a passion for both healthcare and community outreach, Dr. Danziger recognizes the importance of supporting local educational initiatives. His commitment to the well-being and academic development of children goes beyond the confines of his practice, reflecting his dedication to a thriving and inclusive Towson community.

"I firmly believe that every child deserves access to enriching experiences that inspire and motivate them," remarked Dr. Danziger. "Yes, tickets to a basketball game are a reward for their accomplishment but visiting [Towson University's] campus also serves to inspire students to set high goals for themselves while fostering a sense of pride with the Towson University community."

Dr. Danziger is the official team dentist for the Towson Tigers and has seen many student-athletes, and staff members, at his practice on Osler Road adjacent to Johnny Unitas® Stadium.

Through Towson Athletics "Ticket Scholarship" program and Elite Dental of Towson's athletics sponsorship, Dr. Danziger is able to purchase tickets for youth clubs, schools or non-profits to Towson athletic events. These tickets are then distributed to deserving groups who may not have had the opportunity otherwise to attend Towson athletic events.

Through the generosity of local businesses and the support of community organizations, the "Ticket Scholarship" initiative strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, one ticket at a time.
