STONY BROOK, N.Y. – The Towson University women's basketball team faced off against the Stony Brook Seawolves in a Friday night matchup. The Tigers (13-8, 5-5 CAA) defeated the Seawolves (18-3, 8-2 CAA) 83-78 in overtime.
Kylie Kornegay-Lucas finished with a season-high 25 points and four rebounds, while
Patricia Anumgba totaled 22 points, five rebounds and four assists..
