TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's volleyball team has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2024 season.
 
The Tigers are coming off a 24-6 season, winning their fourth consecutive Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) regular season title. Don Metil was named CAA Coach of the Year for the fifth time and guided the Tigers to their first win over a Southeastern Conference (SEC) opponent.
 
Towson returns First team All-CAA outside hitter Victoria Barrett, who ranked second on the team in kills (354), kills per set (3.34) and service aces (35). Libero Sydney Stewart returns for her junior season after leading Towson in digs (388) and digs per set (4.22).

The Tigers open the season by hosting the Towson-Morgan State Invite from Aug. 30th – Sept. 1st. Towson will start the tournament against Saint Francis University and Duquesne on Aug. 30th, then host Lehigh the following day and close out the tournament on Sunday against Morgan State.
 
Towson travels down to North Carolina to play in the Charlotte Invitational on Sept. 6th & 7th. The Black & Gold will play Delaware State and Tennessee Tech on the sixth and play Charlotte on the seventh.
 
Towson returns home to host the Tiger Invitational on Sept. 13th & 14th. The Tigers welcome Loyola and Coppin State on Friday, then wrap up non-conference play with Seton Hall on Saturday.
 
The Black & Gold start CAA play by hosting William & Mary on Sept. 21st & 22nd. Towson will face rival Delaware in Newark on Sept. 28th & 29th in a CAA Championship rematch.
 
Towson welcomes North Carolina A&T to TU Arena on Oct. 4th & 5th, then travels to South Carolina to take on the College of Charleston on Oct. 11th & 12th. The Tigers host Hampton on Oct. 19th and 20th. Towson wraps up October with a trip to North Carolina to play Elon on Oct. 26th & 27th.
 
The Black & Gold will start off November with a pair of matches against Northeastern on Nov. 2nd and 3rd. Towson will travel up to Long Island to take on Stony Brook on Nov. 9th and 10th. The Tigers will close out the season at home against Hofstra on Nov. 16th & 17th.
 
Towson will host the CAA Tournament at TU Arena at dates to be announced later.
