Towson Women’s Lacrosse Adds Waters to Coaching Staff

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team announces that Sylvie Waters will be joining Kristen Carr's staff as the Director of Player Development.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Sylvie Waters to our Tiger family as our Director of Player Development," said Carr. "As a student-athlete at Boston University, her leadership and influence were undeniable. Sylvie's infectious energy and enthusiasm are contagious; constantly empowering the minds and hearts of those around her."

Waters comes to Towson after playing for Boston University for four years. She was named to the Patriot League Honor Roll in 2021 and 2023.

"I am beyond excited to be joining the Towson family and be a part of Coach Carr's staff. Lacrosse has afforded me so many opportunities and I can't wait to start this journey from other side of the field," said Waters.

In high school, Waters was a two-time US Lacrosse School Girls team member. She was named to the Under Armour All-America Team at Saratoga Springs.

Waters is a lacrosse coach at ADK Club Lacrosse in Saratoga Springs. She would coordinate and execute practice plans. She worked closely with the players to help them learn skill-level drills.
