CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Towson University women's basketball team faced Charleston in the first Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) game of the season. The Cougars (10-2) outlasted the Tigers (2-10) 67-50 at TD Arena in Charleston, S.C.
Khady Leye led the Tigers with 12 points and 11 rebounds, recording her third double-double of the season.
Anasia Staton had 11 points and five rebounds.
