WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Towson University women's basketball team visited the nation's capital on Wednesday in an afternoon matchup against the Georgetown Hoyas.
Georgetown's first half 61.1% three-point shooting mark put the Hoyas up 55-34 over Towson (4-3) at the break. The Hoyas outlasted the Tigers in the second half for a 94-67 final at McDonough Arena.
