TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's basketball team hosted Hampton in the first Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) rematch of the season on Friday evening. The Tigers (6-15, 4-6 CAA) won every quarter, leading to a decisive 70-54 win over the Pirates (5-16, 1-9 CAA) at TU Arena.
Anasia Staton finished one point shy of her season-high 19 from her first game back from injury against Columbia.
Khady Leye finished one rebound short of a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.
