Women’s Basketball Staves off Stony Brook at SECU Arena

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's basketball team hosted Stony Brook in the Tigers' penultimate game of the season at SECU Arena.
 
Stony Brook (15-12, 10-4 CAA) built an ten-point lead after one over Towson (15-12, 8-7 CAA). The Tiger offense came alive in the second as they outscored the Seawolves by 12 to claim the halftime lead. Towson staved off the Seawolves in the second half, led by India Johnston's 25 on the day, and went on to win 73-68.
