RICHMOND, Va. – The Towson University women's basketball team and the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) have announced the team's conference opponents for the 2026-27 season.
 
The CAA's teams will face each of the other 12 member institutions as part of an 18-game conference schedule. Each team's slate consists of six repeat opponents (home-and-away games), three home-only and three away-only foes, providing each team with nine home and nine road contests. Two of the six repeat opponents have been designated as "permanent opponents" to preserve regional rivalries and geographic ties.
 
Conference games will primarily be played on a Friday/Sunday schedule. CAA matchups will be available on FloCollege and local television partners throughout the league's footprint. The title game of the CAA Women's Basketball Championship will be televised on CBS Sports Network. Dates and times for league games will be announced at a later date.
 
The Tigers return seven players from the 2025-26 team that finished 17-14 following their first-round exit of the CreditUnion1 CAA Women's Basketball Championship.
