TOWSON, Md. – Towson University golfer,
Luciana Calbimonte, earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District
® honors, announced by the CSC on Tuesday.
To qualify academically, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore in academic standing and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
Calbimonte posted an average score of 80.63 during 19 rounds in the 2025-26 season. The junior shot a season-low 74 in the final round of the Nittany Lion Invitational (Sept. 21-22).
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined academic and athletic performances. The At-Large category includes sports that don't have their own standalone All-District divisions: men's and women's fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, volleyball, water polo and wrestling.
