TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's soccer earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the fourth consecutive season and the eighth time in the past nine seasons.

Teams with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher earn this honor.  As a team during the 2025-26 academic year, Towson earned a 3.4 GPA. 

Seventeen Towson women's soccer players were placed on the Spring 2025 Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll. Four players, Sydney Lindeman, Kale'a Perry, Riley Matthews and Emely Rubio earned high honors with distinction, given to those who maintained a 4.0 GPA.

The Tigers start the 2026 season on the road against Mount Saint Mary's on August 16. The home opener is against George Washington on August 23 at 6 p.m. Admission to all games at Tiger Field is free.
