WILLIAMSBURG, Va.-
The Tigers traveled to William & Mary Saturday afternoon in the team's
first Colonial Athletic Association meet of the season, but Towson was defeated
192-68 by the Tribe.
Senior Zac Jelinek had a strong meet for the Tigers, as he
recorded top-three finishes in the 100-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle

posted a time of 1:43.79 in the200-yard freestyle to finish in third place.
“As a whole, we were not as competitive as last weekend,
which was disappointing,” Towson Coach Pat Mead said. “We need to figure out a
way to become more competitive because swimming like we did today is not
representative of the team we can be.”

posted top three finishes in the 200-yard butterfly. Foltz placed second with a
time of 1:57.45, while Burr wasn't far behind as his 1:58.15 time placed him

The Tigers will have a two-week layoff before heading to Georgetown
