I'LL TAKE THAT: Towson recorded six steals to Georgetown's three swipes in the last game. It was the sixth time in 10 games that the Tigers have recorded more steals then their opponents. Freshman guard
Sianni Martin and redshirt sophomore guard
Raine Bankston led the Tigers with two steals each against the Hoyas. Bankston currently ranks tied for eighth in the CAA in steals per game (1.8) while Martin ranks tied for 13th (1.6).
Â
BANGING THE BOARDS: For the second straight game redshirt sophomore forward
Jordyn Smith led the Tigers on the boards. Smith tied for game-high honors as she recorded eight rebounds at Georgetown. Smith has now pulled down 18 rebounds in her last two games combined. For the season, she is averaging 6.5 rebounds per game which ranks second on the team and 13th in the CAA.
Â
GOING DEEP: Towson senior guard
