TOWSON, Md. – The Tiger Athletic Fund (TAF) Donor of the Game Presented by Spirit Cruises was awarded to Ted Zaleski during Saturday night's Towson basketball game versus Hofstra University at SECU Arena.
 
Zaleski, who has been connected with Towson University since 1987, has been an influential member of the Towson community since then. Zaleski rose to the position of Chief of Staff during his tenure at TU, and even served as the Interim Director of Athletics in 2010 before Tim Leonard was hired.
 
An avid supporter of Tiger Athletics, he is a member of the Blazer Club and funded a scholarship for an academically outstanding female athlete two years ago.
 
Zaleski has been a season ticket holder since 2007 and has been impressed with the progression of the athletics department, including the construction of a state-of-the-art SECU Arena.
 
"I enjoy coming to support the team and cheering on the Tigers," said Zaleski. "The atmosphere has been great tonight, and I am excited about the potential of this team."
