TOWSON, Md. – The Towson men's and women's swimming and diving programs head to Navy for a double-dual meet with Johns Hopkins on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Lejuene Hall. The meet will be a swimming-only meet and not feature diving.

The Tigers were originally scheduled to face Johns Hopkins in a dual meet on Saturday, Jan. 23. That meet was cancelled due to the effects of Winter Storm Jonas.

Towson was last in action in a double-dual meet at Virginia Tech with Virginia. The Tiger men's and women's programs battled against the strong Cavalier and Hokie squads.

The men's program posted seven top-five finishes at the meet.
Matt McKenney led the way as he finished fourth in the 200-yard butterfly and fifth in the 100-yard butterfly. He also swam on three relays that earned top-five finishes.

The women's program finished the two-day meet with 10 top-five finishes.
Jacy Icard (100-yard backstroke),
Natalie Obando (200-yard backstroke) and
Jenna Van Camp (200-yard breaststroke) all earned third-place finishes for their respective events.

Johns Hopkins is coming off a win over Stevens Tech. The men's program earned a 151-103 victory while the women's program earned a 157-97 win.

Navy was last in action on Jan. 9 in a dual meet at North Carolina. The men's program fell 173-127 to the Tarheels while the women's program was defeated 175-117.

Towson returns home to host Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) rival Delaware on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m. The meet will be the Tigers final home meet of the season and serve as senior day.
