ELON, N.C. – The Towson baseball team will hit the road for the first time in CAA player as they travel to take on Elon April 15-17. The series opener is for 6:30 p.m., and will continue with a 4 p.m. first pitch on Saturday and a 1:30 p.m. getaway start Sunday.

Best Start in CAA eraThe Towson baseball teams is off to a 5-1 start in CAA play, its best start since joining the CAA in 2002. It is the best start to a conference season since starting the 2000 America East season at 8-1.
CAA SweepThe Tigers are coming off their first three-game CAA sweep since taking all three games against Hofstra March 25-27, 2013. It is the first time Towson swept a CAA series at home since closing out the 2012 season with a sweep of James Madison.
Policelli Stays HotBrady Policelli's bat has remained hot. The junior went 5-for-7 with a home run and four RBIs in a pair of midweek games, raising his season average to .405. His numbers are even more impressive in CAA play, hitting a league-best .524 through six games.
