WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Towson baseball team will continue its road swing as the Tigers travel to face George Washington Tuesday at 3 p.m.
The contest will be the second between the two schools in as many weeks. GW handed Towson a 10-2 defeat April 12 at Schuerholz Park.

Running into the Record BookFreshman
Richie Palacios is running his way into the Towson record book. He has already established a new freshman single-season record for stolen bases and is not just three stolen bases away from the single-season record. He is currently 26-for-33 in stolen base attempts. Shane Justis holds the record with 29 stolen bases in 2005. Palacios currently ranks fifth in the NCAA in stolen bases.
One-Run GamesTowson found itself on the wrong end of three-straight one-run games last week. The Tigers had success in one-run games prior to last week, going 7-3.
On DeckThe Tigers return to CAA play as they travel to face UNCW April 22-24. The series is slated to get underway Friday at 6 p.m.
