WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Towson baseball team will look to get back on track as they travel to face CAA leading UNCW April 22-24. The series is set to get underway Friday at 6 p.m., and continue with a 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Life on the RoadTowson is wrapping up a seven-game road swing with their three-games at UNCW. The road swing is the second longest of the season, only behind the 15-game road swing to start the 2016 season.
The Need for SpeedThe calling card for the Tigers this season is stealing bases. Through 38 games, the Tigers have stolen 71 bases. The total ranks fifth on the all-time single-season list at Towson, needing 18 more thefts for the single-season record. The Tigers are currently tied for ninth in Division I in stolen bases.
Chasing 60 HitsFreshman
Richie Palacios is looking to become just the fourth Tiger freshman to record 60 hits in his first season. Nick Agoglia set the freshman record with 66 hits in 1997. Brian McKenna collected 63 hits in 2001 and
Mark Grunberg recorded 60 hits in 2015. Palacios currently second in the CAA with 55 hits.
