TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University softball team travels to the land of cheesesteaks, Tastykakes and soft pretzels to continue its Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) schedule when it visits Drexel in a critical three-game weekend set in Philadelphia.

The teams will play a single game at the Drexel Softball Field Saturday beginning at 12 p.m. The series concludes with a Sunday doubleheader at the same time. It's expected to be chilly in Philly this weekend. Temperatures are scheduled to barely reach higher than 50 degrees and there's possible snow in the forecast.

The Tigers (24-10 overall, 2-4 CAA) have won two of three games from the Dragons (16-19, 0-6) in each of the last two seasons. Each team lost three CAA games last weekend. The Tigers dropped their series at seventh-ranked James Madison while the Dragons fell to Delaware.
