A Look At Northeastern
Northeastern dropped four of its last five games. Two of those setbacks were to UNCW. However, the Huskies do have a pair of road wins at Charleston and Elon by one point each. After a record setting game and a week that saw a 26.0 point per game average, freshman Bolden Brace has earned CAA Rookie of the Week. On Thursday night against Elon, Brace became just the third Husky to ever net 40 points in a single game joining Reggie Lewis (41) and J.J. Barea (41). The Huskies have been this season led by T.J. Williams, the CAA's third-leading scorer at 21.6 points per game. Also averaging double digits for Northeastern is Alex Murphy (14.2 points per game).

Last Meeting Against Northeastern
Deshaun Morman scored 11 points to lead the Towson University men's basketball team during its 69-62 setback to Northeastern. The loss ended Towson's five-game winning streak. Northeastern made three 3-pointers in 51 seconds during an 11-5 run in the second half to take a lead it wouldn't relinquish. John Davis, Arnaud William Adala Moto and Mike Mike Morsell had nine points each for Towson. T.J. Williams had a game-high 23 points. Alex Murphy finished with 16 points for the Huskies.

Last Time Out
Towson had five players reach double figures during its 83-79 loss at William & Mary: Adala Moto (15), Morman (13), Jordan McNeil (13), Zane Martin (10) and Brian Starr (10). The Tigers trailed by 22 points with 11:29 remaining before mounting a furious charge.

It's the first time since the 2012-13 season that a player for Towson has scored at least 30 points in a game twice during the same season. Jerrelle Benimon scored 30 at Temple on Dec. 12 and 31 at George Mason on Feb. 26.

Skerry Success In Last Five Years
Towson has been consistently excellent in the last five years under head coach Pat Skerry. The Tigers have won 94 games (.580 winning percentage of its games), won 20 or more games twice, won a pair of postseason contests, participated in two postseason tournaments and have the most CAA regular season wins of any school.

This is the third time in the last four years Towson has been seeded third or higher in the CAA Tournament.

Prior to Skerry's arrival, the highest seed in the CAA tournament for Towson was seventh. Also, to understand Skerry's success and the job he has done consider that Towson had an all-time winning percentage of .425, which ranked 324th out of 341 Division I programs according to records obtained from the NCAA before Skerry's arrival in 2011.

19 And Counting
This is the third time in the last five years, Towson has won at least 19 games. It's the sixth time since Towson has been a Division I program (first year was 1979-80) that it has won at least 19 games in a single season (1988-89, 1990-91, 1993-94, 2013-14, 2015-16 & 2016-17). The last three have been under Pat Skerry. With one more win, Towson will have 20 wins for the fourth time as a Division I program. It will also be the first time that Towson has posted consecutive 20-win seasons as a Division I program. Towson had consecutive 20 win seasons during its time as a Division II program in 1976-77 (27-3) and 1977-78 (26-4).

CAA Wins Since 2012-13 Season

Arnaud William Adala Moto scored 33 points in a loss to UNCW, an effort that's tied for the 12th best single-game total in Towson history. Adala Moto was special, packing 22 of his points into the second half. Overall, Adala Moto was 9-for-12 from the field and 14-of-19 from the foul line.
