BOSTON, Mass. – Personal records and season best times captured the day for the Towson University women's indoor track and field team.
The Tigers competed in the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Friday afternoon.
How it Happened
- Jaina McLean qualified for the 60-meter dash invitational with a time of 7.65.
- Christina Riggins ran 7.81 seconds in the 60-meter dash preliminaries. Jamila Brown ran 8.21 seconds.
- McLean runs a PR of 7.61 and places third overall in the 60m.
- Arianna Waller finished in third in the 60-meter dash (7.99).
- Brown runs a season best time of 24.92 in the 200-meter dash. Waller ran a time of 25.21 (32nd) and Riggins ran in 25.33 (36th). McLean was 45th (25.50). Siani Sellers ran a time of 26.49 seconds.
- Sellers also ran in 1:00.89 seconds in the 400-meter dash.
- Alexandria Kitchell runs a personal best time of 1:17.62 in the 500-meter dash.
- Paige Keefer runs a time of 2:15.91 in the 800-meter run.
- Kylie Anicic ran in 10:36.81 seconds in the 3000-meter run.
- The 4x400-meter relay team comprised of Waller, Keefer, Brown and Kitchell finished in 23rd with a time of 3:56.61.
- Riggins jumped 5.08m (16'8") in the long jump.

Towson will finish day two of the Music City Classic hosted by Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee. The meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
