GAINESVILLE, Fl. – Liz Reid's personal best performance in the 400-meter run highlighted the second day for the Towson University women's track and field team at the Pepsi Florida Relays at James G. Pressley Stadium Friday night.
 
How It Happened

• Reid ran a personal best in her opening 400 of the season (54.73).
• In finishing sixth overall in the discus, Phontavia Sawyer had the second best performance of her life. She tossed the discus 47.30 meters (155-02).
• Hayley Horvath enjoyed a season best clearance in the pole vault at 3.95 meters (12-11.50).
• Victoria Jones-Alleyne competed in the 100-meter hurdles (14.16).
• Michella Obijaku and Taylor Giles participated in the hammer throw for the Tigers.
• Kylie Anicic ran the 1,500-meters.
