TOWSON, Md. – Towson University Women's Gymnastics Head Coach
Jay Ramirez has announced the Tigers' 2021 schedule, highlighted by four home meets.
The Tigers open the season on Saturday, Jan. 16 when they travel to Philadelphia for a quad meet at Temple with UNH and Eastern Michigan at 7 p.m.
Towson's first home meet will be Friday, Jan. 22. The team hosts North Carolina State and Temple at 6 p.m. inside SECU Arena.
On Saturday, Jan. 31 the Tigers will face EAGL opponent Pittsburg in Pennsylvania for a 4 p.m. meet.
As February rolls around, the Tigers head to North Carolina for a quad meet against University of North Carolina, Pittsburgh and host team North Carolina State at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5.
Towson is back in SECU on Feb. 12 for another quad meet versus George Washington, William & Mary and Southern Connecticut at 6 p.m.
Then on Feb. 19, Towson competes in SECU again versus UNC, Pittsburgh and LIU at 6 p.m.
On Sunday Feb. 21, Towson will head to Virginia to face William & Mary at 2 p.m.
Towson will close out the month on back-to-back road trips to New York. First, on Feb. 26 at LIU at 6 p.m. then back to LIU on the 28th for a 4 p.m. meet against UNH and Pittsburgh.
On March 7, the Tigers compete against George Washington at 1 p.m. in DC.
The last home meet will take place on March 14 with a quad meet including UNH, George Washington and Temple.
The East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) championships will take place on Saturday, March 20 hosted by George Washington.
