TOWSON, Md. – For the first time since 2000, the Towson University gymnastics team qualified for the NCAA regionals. The Tigers qualified for the Morgantown Regional in West Virginia after finishing the season ranked No. 28 with a National Qualifying Score of 196.006.
Towson will compete in the second round on April 2 at 1 p.m. inside the West Virginia University Coliseum.
The 2021 Tigers finished with four of the top 10 scores in school history and produced the highest team vault school in program history with a 49.25 against LIU on February 26.
