Greenville, N.C.- The Towson University Women's Golf team is ready to hit the course again at the 2021 Pirate Collegiate Classic hosted by East Carolina University.
The tournament will take place on Monday, September 20 and Tuesday, September 21. The first two rounds will be on Monday.

Greenville Country Club- Par 72 - 6,061 yards
TEE TIMES AND FORMAT
Both days will begin at 8:30 a.m. with golfers commencing play with a shotgun start.
THE FIELD
The Tigers will be joined on the course by East Carolina, Charleston Southern, Cincinnati, The Citadel, High Point, Marshall, Radford, UNCA, and Winthrop.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
The Tigers (307-299-306) finished 12th in the William & Mary Fall Invitational, shooting 48-over. They had 29 birdies in the tournament.
The top finisher for the black and gold was freshman
Odette Font Garcia. Font Garcia (73-74-74) finished tied for 17th with a score of 5-over 221. She had 11 birdies in the tournament and had the most in rounds one and two with four birdies.
In the second spot for the Tigers was
Julia Calomiris (78-73-73). She led the team in rounds two and three by shooting 1-over each round. She finished tied for 27th with a score of 8-over 224.
Coach Briggs is looking forward to the Pirate Collegiate Classic following the William & Mary Fall Invitational.
"We are right where we need to be as a team," she stated after the final round in Williamsburg. "The scores collectively will improve with added attention around the greens and fostering a positive mindset from the beginning of each day of competition."
