Towson, Md. – Towson University outside hitter Nina Cajic was selected as the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Cajic earned the honor by totaling 43 kills, 10 blocks and having a .397 hit percentage over four matches. The junior from Subotica, Serbia had double-digit kills in three of the four matches with only four errors on 99 attempts. Cajic helped the Tigers defeat Princeton 3-1 with 12 kills, then followed up with 10 kills and a .556 hit percentage in a sweep against Radford. She followed up with 12 kills and five blocks in Towson's five set victory over Rutgers. Cajic was efficient against Baltimore-rivals Morgan State with a .750 hit percentage and nine kills. The Tigers have won their seventh straight match and their 11th match at SECU.

Towson heads to Pittsburgh, Pa. this weekend for the Panther Challenge starting on Friday, Sept. 9 against Bowling Green at 11 a.m.
