TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's lacrosse freshman midfielder Katie Roszko earned Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Rookie of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
 
This is Towson's first Rookie of the Week honor since May 2, 2022, when Milana Zizakovic earned the honor.
 
Roszko started the week by tallying five points in Towson's 13-9 victory against Monmouth. The freshman midfielder finished with her second hat trick of the season while providing two assists. Roszko added a career-high three ground balls and draw controls. She then followed up with a career-high three assists in Towson's 11-6 win against Delaware yesterday. The Bel Air, Maryland native added two ground balls and one assist.
 
The Tigers will host Jacksonville at Tiger Field on Thursday, March 28th at 4 p.m. The game will be streamed on FloSports.
