GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Towson University gymnastics team wrapped up their 2024 season on Friday afternoon in Gainesville, Florida after placing fourth in the second round of the NCAA Championship with a final score of 195.050. 
 
Utah and Michigan State are advancing to the next round of the tournament after placing first and second with scores of 197.825 and 197.475, respectively. Maryland finished third with a 196.350.
 
Three Tigers picked up top 5 finishes after posting scores of 9.900 or better, two of which were podium spots. 
 
Jenna Weitz, Camille Vitoff, Grace Vaillancourt and Sarah Girot wrapped up their collegiate careers at the conclusion of this meet. Weitz and Vitoff competed in the lineup for every single meet throughout their five years competing for the Tigers.

Rotation One – Beam – 48.500

• Grace Vaillancourt anchored for the Tigers, posting a 9.900 for fourth place – narrowly missing the podium by .025.
• Clara Hong logged a 9.825, the second highest score of the event for Towson.
• Lauren Keener and Sarah Girot received 9.800 and 9.775, respectively.

Rotation Two – Floor – 49.075 

• Retoshia Halsell anchored the lineup, earning the team's highest score of the rotation of 9.850. 
• Clara Hong and Elise Tisler logged a pair of 9.825's. 
• Grace Vaillancourt earned a 9.800 while Carmella Calafati finished with a 9.775.

Rotation Three – Vault – 49.075 

• Elise Tisler posted a 9.925 which earned her a spot on the podium in second place. The score marked her seventh 9.9 or higher of the season.
• Adriana Hoffman received a 9.825 while Retoshia Halsell logged a 9.800.
• Felicia Pobelte posted a 9.775 while Camille Vitoff recorded a 9.750.

Rotation Four – Bars – 48.400

• Isabella Minervini posted her 12^th score of 9.900 or better this season, receiving a 9.925 for third place. The sophomore was only .025 from the first place spot.
• Clara Hong recorded a 9.775 while Grace Vaillancourt and Lauren Greene logged a pair of 9.750s.
