TOWSON, Md. – As the Towson University football team gets ready for the season, the athletics department has announced several promotions for the upcoming 2024 year.

The home slate kicks off with the next chapter of The Battle for Greater Baltimore at Unitas as Towson plays Morgan State on Sept. 7.  This will be the annual Gold Rush game, where Towson freshmen can rush the field with the team.
 
The annual Family Weekend game is set for Oct. 5 vs. William & Mary.  The school welcomes all for several activities for families around campus.
 
Towson University welcomes back all alumni for Homecoming on Oct. 19 as the Tigers play Stony Brook.  Towson will honor its newest Hall of Fame class, capping a long week of activities with the school.
 
Hometown Heroes Day is set for Nov. 19 where Towson will honor its local heroes during the game vs. Hampton.
 
The final regular season home game will be Senior Day when Towson takes on North Carolina A&T.
