TOWSON, Md. – The defending Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) champion Towson University men's lacrosse team has announced the 2025 schedule.
 
Towson is set for a 14-game regular season schedule, including seven games at home at Johnny Unitas® Stadium.  Among its home game schedule includes contests against local rivals Johns Hopkins and Loyola plus CAA rival Delaware.

Towson earned one of its strongest years in program history in 2024, finishing No. 12 in the national in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll.  The Tigers went 13-4, including a nine-game winning streak, the longest winning streak in the DI era and longest since 1971.  Towson went undefeated in CAA play to earn the regular season league title, then crushing Delaware 15-6 to earn the 2024 CAA Tournament title and a berth into the NCAA Tournament.  Towson finished 13-4 overall and 7-0 in CAA play.
 
The 2025 campaign begins with a couple of 2024 NCAA Tournament quarterfinalists, beginning with the home opener against Baltimore-rival Johns Hopkins on Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 6 p.m.
 
On Monday, Feb. 10, Towson is set for a rematch of last year's NCAA Tournament First Round at Syracuse at 5 p.m. in central New York.  Towson's road travels continue the upcoming weekend as the Tigers play at Navy on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 2 p.m.
 
Towson returns home to host reigning Atlantic 10 champion Saint Joseph's at noon on Saturday, Feb. 22.  The team closes out February with a short trek to Catonsville to play at UMBC on Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m.
 
Towson and 2024 NCAA Tournament semifinalist Virginia will play on Saturday, Mar. 8 at a location and time to be determined.
 
CAA play begins for Towson with a pair of home games, beginning with a rematch of the title game vs. Delaware on Saturday, Mar. 15.  The following weekend, Towson hosts Stony Brook on Saturday, Mar. 22 at noon.
 
The first two league road contests will be on the next couple of weekends, each at noon: Towson is at Drexel in Philadelphia on Saturday, Mar. 29 then at Monmouth on Saturday, Apr. 5 in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
 
Towson will kick off a three-game homestand with a non-conference tilt against Baltimore rival Loyola on Tuesday, Apr. 8 at 6 p.m.  The coming two weekends, Towson takes on CAA foes Hampton on Saturday, Apr. 12 followed by Fairfield on Saturday, Apr. 19, each at noon.
 
The regular season wraps up on Saturday, Apr. 26 at 4 p.m. as Towson heads to Long Island to take on Hofstra.
 
The 2025 CAA Tournament will be hosted by the highest seed (not including Delaware).  Semifinals are set for Thursday, May 1 followed by the CAA title game on Saturday, May 3.
