SWAINTON, N.J. – The Towson University Men's Golf team played the first round of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Championships on Sunday. The Tigers shot 24-over par (312) in the first round and sit in eighth place entering day two.
Sky Aung led the way for Towson shooting 75 (+3) over the first eighteen holes and currently sits in 17
th place individually. Aung was the only Towson golfer to not shoot worse than bogey on any hole during the first round.

Jai Sheth and
Adam Green are all tied for 31
st after shooting 79 (+7) over round one. Matheson and Sheth tied for the Towson lead with three birdies each.
Ariihau Faana shot 80 (+8) in the first round and is tied for 38
th heading into round two. Faana parred eleven holes which was second most by a Towson golfer on the day behind Aung's thirteen.
