TOWSON, Md. – Towson University attack Mikey Weisshaar has been selected as a 2026 USA Lacrosse Preseason All-American Second Team, announced by the publication on Tuesday.
 
The 2024 and 2025 USA Lacrosse All-American Third Team attack earns his second straight preseason honor from USA Lacrosse, being on the preseason first team last year.
 
The reigning Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive Player of the Year was the league leader in goals and points per game, earning 48 goals and 24 assists for 72 points, averaging 4.5 points per game.  Starting 16 games at attack, he also tallied 40 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers.
 
Weisshaar is the only CAA player to be a 2026 USA Lacrosse Preseason All-American who is not an honorable mention.
