TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University gymnastics team opened at SECU Arena in style with a dominant 195.325-187.900 victory vs. West Chester in dual meet action.
Towson had the top-three performers in all four events plus the two winners on all-around, having a pair of 49+ scores: 49.225 on floor, just .05 away from a top-10 performance in school history, and 49.025 on bars.

- Vault (rotation one) – 48.725

- Towson picked up steam heading down the event, leading to the final four competitors having at least a 9.8. Freshman Alison Ritch hit a 9.825 on the fifth spot, only surpassed by anchor Isabella Minervini scoring a 9.875 to secure Towson's 49+ score.
- Beam (rotation three) – 48.350
- Needing to recover on a first spot fall, Natalie Lindgren hit a 9.675 to help get Towson on track.
- Towson later wiped out the fall, helped by strong performances by Brissa Portillo at 9.800 and Celia Trotter at 9.850, just .025 shy of her career-high.
- Floor (rotation four) – 49.225
- Towson's saved its best for last, using five 9.8+ scores in the final five performances to surge to the 49.225. Natalie Lindgren scored a 9.825 on the second spot, then Minervini had a 9.875 on the fourth. Polina Belanovski added her name to the record book with a 9.900 on anchor to complete the event.

- Polina Belanovski's 9.900 is tied for ninth all-time in Towson history on the floor. It is the event she has earned at least a 9.9 in her career, having a 9.925 on vault on Feb. 26, 2023.
- Isabella Minervini has won the all-around in both of Towson's first two meets and seven times in her Towson career, taking first tonight with 39.050.
- Alison Ritch's 9.825 on bars is the top event score for a Towson freshman since Ava Harper had a 9.850 on vault on March 14, 2025.
