TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed in two events this week as the Tigers look to improve their swim times and dive scores before the CAA Championships at the end of the month. Select Towson swimmers entered the Cavalier Invite hosted by Virginia from Thursday to Saturday, and the Towson divers hosted the Towson Diving Invite on Saturday as well.

- Sam Tennell put up a Towson record 342.75 score on the men's 1 meter dive. Aidan Clark placed third scoring 325.25 and Grady Gardner with a score of 256.75.
- Shannon Parrau took the top spot in the women's 1 meter dive with a score of 300.75. Lara Booth Alam placed third scoring 271.65 followed by Liliana Bermudez who qualified for zones on the 1 meter board with her fourth-place score of 269.15. Sara ParksVold (230.40), Maya Brigman (224.15) and Morgan Kelly (216.15) all placed in the top ten as well.
- The men's 3 meter dive saw Tennell score a personal best 352.45 to place second. Clark claimed third place with a zone qualifying score of 321.35, followed by Gardner in eighth scoring 274.45.
- Parrau completed a sweep of the boards with a winning score of 324.35 in the women's 3 meter dive. Booth Alam qualified for 3 meter zones with a second-place score of 300.45. Bermudez placed fifth with a score of 263.50, and Brigman (243.90) and ParksVold (222.15) placed seventh and eighth respectively.
