TOWSON, Md. - The Towson University track & field team has released its 2026 outdoor campaign, announced by head coach Consandria Walker-Hall Tuesday afternoon.
The Tigers concluded their indoor season in February at the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Indoor Championship in Boston, Massachusetts, held at the Track at New Balance. The Black & Gold placed fourth overall with 92 points in the single-day competition. Towson recorded 17 new all-time marks, highlighted by two school records from Leeann Redlo in the high jump (1.82m) and Baara Stewart in the 800m (2:07.27), both of whom earned first-place finishes. The Tigers also secured seven additional podium finishes on the day. Redlo was named as the Most Outstanding Field Performer of the Meet for the second consecutive year.
Towson will open its outdoor campaign on March 28 at the Rider 5-Way Meet in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, hosted by Rider University.
In April, the Tigers are scheduled to compete in five meets. On April 11, Walker-Hall's squad will split, with competitors traveling to the South Florida Invitational, hosted by the University of South Florida, and the Rutgers Relays, hosted by Rutgers University. The following week, Towson will again divide its roster, sending athletes to the Legacy Meet, hosted by Morgan State University in Baltimore (April 17-18), and the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships at Rutgers (April 18-19). The month will conclude with a select group competing at the historic Penn Relays in Philadelphia, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania.
On May 1, the Tigers will split once more, competing at the Kehoe Twilight Meet, hosted by the University of Maryland in College Park, and the East Coast Relays, hosted by the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. The CAA Outdoor Championships are set for May 15-16 at Elon University.
Athletes who qualify for the NCAA First Round will compete May 27-30 at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. The NCAA Outdoor Championships will take place June 10-13 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
