TOWSON, Md. – Towson University men's golf and Director of Golf
Mike Larkin have announced a slate of nine tournaments for the 2026-27 season. There will be four tournaments in both the fall and spring culminating with the final tournament of the season, the CAA Championships at the Dataw Island Club.
The season starts on Sept 12 in New York when the Tigers head up to Farmingdale to compete in the Doc Grimmler Invitational hosted by St. John's University. The tournament will run for two days with the first two rounds on Sept 12 and the final round on Sept 13.
A little more than a week later Towson competes in the River Run Collegiate. The two-day, three round event hosted by Davidson starts on Sept 21.
The next stop for the Tigers is the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational hosted by West Virginia. The tournament starts on Oct 5 with two rounds on the first day and the final round on Oct 6.
The final tournament of the fall slate comes on Oct 12 back in the state where they started with the Metropolis Intercollegiate hosted by Columbia University.
The spring schedule kicks off on March 8 with the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate. It will be the only three-day tournament of the regular season.
Two weeks later, the team will play at the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary on March 22. Following another two week break, Towson will head to the Giles Spratley Collegiate hosted by the University of Richmond starting on April 5.
The final regular season tournament is the Rutherford Intercollegiate hosted by Penn State starting on April 17.
Towson will compete in the CAA Conference Championships at the Dataw Island Club in Saint Helena, South Carolina.
