Spencer Alexander carded a two-round 143 (-1) to finish third at the Towson Invitational this weekend. Alexander shot an ever par 72 on Saturday and a one-under 71 on Sunday. It was a spring low round for Alexander. Towson finished tied for first in the tournament, but was third after team tiebreakers determined the official winner of the event. Alexander’s one-under 71 helped the Tigers shot a spring low 285 in the final round of the Towson Invitational. The Tigers were the only team to shoot under par on Sunday. In the second round on Sunday, Alexander had four birdies. He shot two under on the back nine, helped by birdies the 10th and 13th holes. Alexander also birdied the first two holes.
