Charlotte Holz shined for the Tigers at the 2014 AT&T Winter Nationals Championships. She swam a lifetime best time of 1:59.51 in the 200-yard backstroke, placing 44th. She was the only Tiger to qualify for a finals heat after she finished 21st in the preliminaries for the 200-yard individual medley (2:00.65, a season-best). In the finals, Holz placed fifth in her heat (2:01.19) for the event. Holz also posted season-best times in the 100-yard backstroke (82nd-place, 56.72) and the 200-yard freestyle (53rd-place, 1:50.55).
