TOWSON, Md. – The start of a new season of Towson Athletics is just around the corner and the Tiger Club is pleased to release this year's new interactive online membership guide.
The dedicated efforts of the Tiger Club team, The Towson University Office of Development and the University Design Center have resulted in an improved Tiger Club membership guide.
There is far more to this publication than updated pictures and a new look. The Tiger Club membership guide is the result of a department-wide effort to clearly communicate the state of Towson Athletics and options for anyone to help advance Tiger Athletics to success.
Funds raised through the Tiger Club directly impact Towson student-athletes' success in the classroom and in competition. Tiger Club members help support student-athlete scholarships, facility improvements and department of athletics endowments.
Items covered in the guide include member benefits, such as ticket and parking purchasing priority, information on the Minnegan-Cole Society and an explanation of the new Tiger Club priority points program. Initiatives of the “Tigers for Life Program” described in the membership guide include “Doc's Army” for current Towson students and the “Junior Tiger Club” for kids in kindergarten through eighth grade.
The ability for your Tigers to perform at a sustained championship level year-in and year-out can only be obtained with the dedication of Tiger Club members. It takes the commitment of an entire community to breed a culture in which “Success is Expected".
