TOWSON, Md. – Coach Vicki Chliszczyk and
the 2013 Tiger gymnastics team will host a “Holiday Clinic” in the
Towson Center on Saturday, Dec. 22, starting at 10 a.m.
Open to either competitive or recreational gymnasts who are aged 7 to
18, this camp is designed to teach campers the fundamentals of gymnastics.
According to Coach Chliszczyk, “The clinic is designed to teach the
fundamentals of gymnastics and meet the needs of each individual gymnast.
Rotations of vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, strength, dance and
flexibility will be included.”
The Tiger coaching staff and members of the Tiger gymnastics team will
provide instruction. All levels of campers will have the opportunity to work
with all of the Tiger coaches.
Campers are advised to bring any gymnastics apparel they will need as
well as a bag lunch and drink. They are also encouraged to bring a water
bottle.
Check-in starts at 9:30 a.m. in the gymnastics training room located in
the Towson Center.
Warm-up and Session One will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. After a
one-hour lunch break, there will be another warm-up and Session Two will be
held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. An Open Gym session will be conducted from 3 p.m. to
4 p.m.
The cost of the one-day camp is $75.
