TOWSON, Md. – The Tiger Athletic Fund (TAF) Donor of the Game Presented by Spirit Cruises was awarded to Todd '87 and Melanie Feuerman during Saturday's Towson football game versus James Madison University at Johnny Unitas® Stadium.
Todd, a graduate of the business and economics school, and Melanie are long time Towson Athletics supporters. While at TU, Todd competed for the men's tennis program during the 1984-85 seasos, and was named a scholar athlete. Todd contributed to a men's team that went unbeaten during the fall schedule and was the conference runners-up for the 1984 season.
"We reflected on my experience at Towson University as an NCAA athlete and more important, as a student of the university and realized what an important role the university made in who I am as a successful business person in Baltimore," said Todd. "The exceptional academic foundation and the outstanding guidance of the career development center provided me the critical training I needed to become a leader in my field.
"The choice was obvious who to provide financial support for and that was Towson University. Donating to the University has been an amazing experience and continues to fulfill a commitment I have to give back to the place that gave me so much!"
Todd also expressed his sincere thanks to all of his former and current mentors as Towson University.
The Tiger Athletic Fund thanks the Feuerman's for their continued support of Towson Athletics. To join them in supporting student-athlete scholarships
