Hitting the Century Mark: Redshirt senior attacker
Andi Raymond wasted little time in hitting a career milestone on Friday night against Elon. Raymond's first goal of the game came just 2:13 into the game and was her 15th of the season and 100th of her career. Raymond is the 10th player in program history to score 100 or more career goals. She was the first Tiger to reach the mark since
Nikki Marcinik did so in 2010.
Defense Clamps Down: Towson held Elon to just two goals on Friday night in Unitas Stadium. It was the lowest goal total allowed by the Tigers since they held Albany to two goals during the 2001 season. Towson has now held three opponents (Monmouth, California, Elon) to three goals or less this season. It is the first time since 1992 that the Tigers have held three opponents to three goals or less in the same season.
The More the Merrier: Seven Tigers tallied at least one goal in Friday night's win over Elon.
Andi Raymond led the group with three goals while
Kaitlyn Montalbano,
Gabby Cha and
Paige Duncan each had two. It was the fifth time this season, the Tigers have had six or more players score in a single-game. Towson is 4-1 this season when that happens.
Dishing out the Helpers: Sophomore midfielder
Samantha Brookhart recorded a pair of assists against Elon. Brookhart now has a team-high 13 assists this season and has dished out an assist in five straight games. Brookhart enters play this week ranked third in the CAA while averaging 1.30 assists per game.

She currently ranks 10th in Towson history for career saves and 14th among Division I active career leaders. Donnelly needs 27 more saves to become the 10th player in Towson history with 400 career saves.
We'll Take the Freebies: Taking advantage of their free position opportunities this season has been key for the Tigers. Redshirt senior attacker
Andi Raymond and freshman midfielder
Emily Gillingham converted free position shots for the Tigers against Elon. Towson has made at least two free position goals in five games this season. The Tigers are 4-1 this year when they make two or more free position goals in a game. Eight Tigers have made at least one free position goal this season and that group is led by freshman attacker
Erika Cavallo, who has four free position goals.
What's Next? Following Tuesday's game, the Tigers return home to host a pair of CAA games this weekend. Towson will play host to Drexel on Friday at 6 p.m. and Hofstra on Sunday at 1 p.m.
