Welcome Youth: Sunday is the Tigers' Youth Lacrosse Day. Kids 12 and under in a youth lacrosse jersey receive free entry, weather permitting there will be inflatables on the concourse. The Tigers will host a clinic and a chance for autrographs after the game.

Kaitlyn Montalbano recorded three goals and sophomore
Angie Benson made eight saves in goal to help the Tigers post a 8-5 win at Delaware on Friday night. The Tigers have a balanced offensive attack as five players have 30 or more points this season. Senior attacker
Samantha Brookhart leads the team in points (55) and assists (39). Sophomore attacker
Natalie Sulmonte and sophomre attacker
Carly Tellekamp have each tallied 45 or more points this season. Sulmonte has 35 goals and 15 assists for 50 points while Tellekamp has a team-high 41 goals and seven assists for 47 points. Sulmonte has pulled down a team-high 65 draw controls. Junior defender
Tianna Wallpher has scooped up a team-high 41 ground balls. Freshman defender
Olivia Conti leads the squad with 41 caused turnovers. Benson carries a 9.18 goals against average and a .486 save percentage into Sunday's game.
Scouting Drexel: The Dragons have dropped two of their last three contests after a 19-7 setback to James Madison on Friday night.
Caroline Cummings had two goals and a ground ball in that contest.
Nadia Pellham-Lacey leads Drexel on the season with 32 goals and 16 assists for 48 points.
Devin Nihill has added 35 points on 29 goals and six assists.
Caroline Thiele has dished out a team-high 19 assists.
Eva Winiarski has collected a team-high 32 draw controls and 21 caused turnovers.
Carlee Ries enters Sunday's action with a 10.83 goals against average and a .416 save percentage. She has also scooped up a team-high 35 ground balls.
Towson-Drexel Series History: Sunday will be the 37th meeting all-time between the Tigers and Dragons. Towson holds a commanding 33-3 advantage in the match-up and has won seven of the last eight meetings. Last year when the two squads met in Philadelphia, the Tigers earned a 13-6 victory.

Hats Off to You: Junior midfielder
Kaitlyn Montalbano scored the first two goals of the game on Friday night and tallied a second half goal for her hat trick. It was Montalbano's fourth hat trick of the season and 13th of her career.
Defense Stands Tall: The Tiger defense turned in a strong performance at Delaware on Friday night. Towson held the Blue Hens to just one goal in the first half and five for the game. It was the third time this season the Tigers have held an opponent to five goals in a game (UMBC, Stetson, Delaware) and Towson has won all three of those game. Sophomore
Angie Benson made eight saves, including seven in the second half to help secure the win.
A Win and We're In: The Tigers enter the game against the Dragons looking for a win to secure their spot in the upcoming CAA Tournament. The defending CAA Champions are currently second in the CAA standings with the top four seeds advancing to the tournament. A win over the Dragons would give the Tigers a 4-2 CAA record and secure them a spot in the May 5-7 tournament, which the Tigers are set to host.
We'll Take the Freebies: Junior midfielder
Kaitlyn Montalbano scored a pair of free position goals for the Tigers at Delaware. It was the 14th time this season the Tigers have scored at least two free position goals in a game. Towson scored a season-high nine free position goals in the win over Elon. The Tigers have now scored 46 free position goals and have a free position percentage of 49.5 percent. It is the most free position goals scored in a single-season under head coach

Natalie Sulmonte leads the team with 15 free positon goals while Montalbano has eight.
Lucky Number Ten: The Tigers picked up their 10th win of the season with an 8-5 victory at Delaware on Friday night. It was the sixth time in seven years under head coach
Sonia LaMonica that the team reached the 10-win plateau. It also was the 18th time in program history that a Tiger squad has reached the 10-win mark.
Conti Caused That: Freshman defender
Olivia Conti has proven to be a menace for opposing offenses during her brief Towson career. Conti had a pair of caused turnovers on Friday night at Delaware which raised her season total to 41 caused turnovers. Conti is just the second player in program history to record 40 or more caused turnovers in a single-season (
Hillary Fratzke - 47 in 2008 and 41 in 2007). Conti ranks second in the CAA and among the top 10 in the nation while averaging 2.73 per game.
10 Goals is Key: Since head coach
Sonia LaMonica took the reins of the Towson women's lacrosse program for the start of the 2011 season, the number 10 on the scoreboard has become a key stat. Since the start of 2011, Towson is 61-7 when it scores 10 or more goals in a game. The Tigers are 8-2 this season when they score 10 or more goals. When the Tigers hold an opponent to nine or less goals they are 64-13, including a 24-2 mark dating back to the start of last season.
Nifty Fifty: Sophomore attacker
Natalie Sulmonte's second half assist on Friday night got her to 50 points on the season. Sulmonte now has 35 goals and 15 assists for 50 points. She is the second Tiger to record 50 or more points this season joining senior attacker
Samantha Brookhart who has a team-high 55 points (16 goals, 39 assists). It is the first time since the 2014 season that the Tigers have a pair of players with 50 or more points in the same season (
Andi Raymond-76,
Ashleigh Rohrback-72).
What's Next? Towson wraps up the regular season when it hosts Johns Hopkins on Sunday, April 30 at noon. The Tigers will honor their seniors before the game.
