Bachelor Earns Second Top 10 Finish To Lead Towson

WILLIAMSBURG, Va.William Bachelor led the Towson University men's golf team by shooting an even par 70 in the final round of the Kingsmill Invitational Tuesday afternoon. The Tigers finished tied for 13th overall in the event.

How It Happened
  • Bachelor finished with a three round score of 216 (+6), which was tied for ninth overall.
  • It was Bachelor's second consecutive top 10 finish this spring.
  • Helped by birdies on the fourth and sixth holes, Bachelor was one-under on the front nine.
  • He had three of Towson's eight birdies in the third round.
  • Spencer Alexander carded a four-over 74.
  • He finished tied for 35th overall with a three round score of 223 (+13).
  • Kobdech Rodrat's three birdies highlighted his six-over 76.
  • Rodrat was tied for 66th overall with a three round score of 228 (+18).
  • Towson shot a 299 to finish the event with a score of 895, which was the same as Fort Wayne.
  • Southern Illinois won the team event by four strokes over Utah Valley, 862-866.
